From Madrid to heaven! Just getting up to the Faro de Moncloa observation deck is an experience itself! Visitors step on board a panoramic lift that whisks them all the way up to the viewpoint, which stands 92 metres tall. The tower was built in 1992, the year Madrid was designated European Capital of Culture.
