Description

The oldest artistic institution in Spain, the academy was officially opened in 1752. It occupies one of the most unique buildings in Madrid, Goyeneche Palace, which was designed by José de Churriguera and later adapted by Diego de Villanueva to reflect the neoclassical style of the time
